Situated at the highest point of Green Haworth, in Accrington Lancashire, the club has some awe-inspiring views of the surrounding area. Looking outward from our signature hole 'Bedlam' you can see across the borough of Hyndburn, over to Blackburn, the Coppice and Pennines, and on to the surrounding Ribble Valley.

Directions

From the M6 (North, South & West)
North-bound - Leave the M6 at junction 29, and follow the signs for Blackburn.  You will join the M65 at junction 1.
South-bound - Leave the M6 at junction 30, and follow the signs for Blackburn.  You will join the M65 at junction 2.
Leave the M65 at junction 5. At this roundabout, take your first exit signposted for Darwen and Guide. On the immediately following roundabout, take your last exit towards Oswaldtwistle, Accrington and Haslingden on Lottice Lane (B6231). Follow this to the crossroads at the Britannia Pub, and turn right onto the B6236 towards Rising Bridge and Haslingden.
B6236 (map) - You should leave this road, taking a left turn signposted for Oswaldtwistle, and follow this road until you reach the Shoulder of Mutton Pub. Directly opposite the Shoulder of Mutton, (map) take this right turn onto Willows Lane, towards Green Haworth and Accrington. Take your next right off Willows Lane, signposted 'Green Haworth Golf Club', and you will see the car park and club-house further down the road on your right hand side.

From the North East, Bury & Manchester
From the M60 or similar approach, join the M66 at junction 18/4. Stay on the motorway until it becomes the A56, and then stay on the A56, following the signposts for Accrington. This will eventually bring you to the roundabout at the top of Manchester Road in Accrington. Take your last exit off the roundabout, next to 'Winfields', onto Blackburn Road (A680) towards Haslingden. At the following lights, turn right, and follow the road around and onto the B6236. You can now follow the directions in the M6 section above from 'B6236'.

From Blackburn
Leave Blackburn along Accrington Road (A679). At the Intack traffic lights, opposite the Intack Pub, take a right turn up Shadsworth road towards Queens Park Hospital. Take your next left turn at the Crescent Pub, onto Bank Lane, and carry straight on as it turns into the B6236. You can now follow the directions in the M6 section above from 'B6236'.

From Accrington, Rishton, Great Harwood and surrounding areas
Once in Accrington, head along Blackburn road, and take the turn-off at the traffic lights opposite the 'Platts' working mens club, onto Little Street (bottom of Willows Lane) (from Blackburn, Church and Rishton, turning right - from Accrington town centre, turning left). Stay on Willows lane all the way to the top of the hill, following the tight right hand bend. Remaining on Willows Lane, follow the road around and take your second left turn, signposted 'Green Haworth Golf Club' directly after School House Lane on your right (map). You will see the car park and club-house further down the road on your right hand side.
